SHIPPING DETAILS

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All our candles are sent with via reputable UK mail curriers and will arrive between 2-7 days depending on stock. If you require an urgent order, please email and we can let you know what we have available to ship.

Due to high UK demand, we currently do not ship internationally.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund (less postage costs) as long as the merchandise is in its original condition with packaging intact.

Returns address: Aubrey Bay, 35 Broadmeadows, East Herrington, Tyne and Wear, SR3 3RF.

You will be responsible for the postage costs to return the item.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days to arrange a replacement. We will require a photo of the damaged item.

Delivery is £3 to the UK mainland.

We are only human and very occasionally we may miss something out of your parcel. If this has happened, please let us know and we will get the missing item to you whilst apologising profusely.

If your delivery isn’t going to plan, then please contact us right away. We are here to help, sort out the issue and will do everything we can to get your parcel to you. You can email us at info@aubreybay.co.uk.

We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of parcel deliveries. We find Royal Mail to be the best at looking after our candles – getting them to you safe for you to enjoy.
